01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account on 77ad. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different email addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts except the original will be closed, all bonus funds across those accounts will be voided, and any withdrawals pending on duplicate accounts will be cancelled.

Account Information Accuracy

When registering with 77ad, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 77ad is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information you have provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ad login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 77ad account, you must notify 77ad support immediately at support@77ad.click. 77ad will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

77ad applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 77ad processes KYC documents within 24-48 hours of submission during normal business operations.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 77ad are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77ad does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or digital tokens of any kind.

Processing Times

Failed & Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider after the funds have been credited to your 77ad account, 77ad reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your balance, including winnings generated from those funds. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, your account will enter a negative balance state and withdrawals will be suspended until the balance is resolved.

05 Withdrawals

77ad is committed to processing withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Our target processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under ten seconds from approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount on 77ad is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your 77ad account details.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the withdrawable real-money portion of your balance is eligible for cashout at any given time.
• 77ad may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard 77ad accounts have a single withdrawal limit of Rs 200,000. For withdrawals above this amount, 77ad will process the transaction in multiple instalments or may request enhanced verification. Pending Withdrawals

06 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements: Most 77ad bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 20×, 30×) is stated on the promotion page for each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 77ad contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, 77ad players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will void the existing bonus and its associated wagering progress.

Refer a Friend Programme

Self-referral — referring yourself using a secondary account — constitutes fraud and will result in both accounts being permanently closed with all funds voided.

Abuse of Bonuses

77ad actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, systematic low-risk play designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming participation, and coordinated bonus-claiming across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77ad reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove bonuses from the account, and restrict future bonus eligibility without notice.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 77ad are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are accessible from within each game or betting market on the platform. In all cases, the result determined by 77ad's systems (or the live dealer for live casino games) at the time of resolution is final.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

77ad sets minimum and maximum stake limits per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface. For live betting markets, maximum stake limits may be reduced during periods of high betting volume or where 77ad's risk management systems identify unusual betting patterns.

Bet Acceptance

A bet on 77ad is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, any bet that was not confirmed with a reference number is not a valid bet and no payout will be issued. If you believe a bet was placed but did not receive confirmation, contact 77ad support within 24 hours with details of the attempted bet.

Voided Bets

77ad may void bets in circumstances including: technical malfunctions during a game, manifest pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation (in sports markets), or force majeure events affecting the outcome of an event. In all cases of voiding, the original stake is returned to your 77ad balance.

Aviator & Crash Games

For crash-format games including Aviator on 77ad: the multiplier at the time you press the cash-out button is the multiplier applied to your stake. If you do not cash out before the game crashes, your stake is lost. The crash point is determined by a provably fair RNG algorithm and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77ad and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account on 77ad (duplicate accounts).

13 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 77ad

77ad reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player, abusive behaviour directed at 77ad staff or other players, and failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is suspended due to investigation, 77ad will communicate the reason (where it is lawful to do so) within 5 business days. Funds held in a suspended account will be maintained until investigation is complete. If the account is cleared, funds will be released. If the account is closed for a violation, winnings derived from the violating conduct will be voided.

Closure by Player

You may close your 77ad account at any time by contacting support at support@77ad.click. Before closure is completed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method. Accounts with active bonuses will have those bonuses voided upon closure request.

Dormant Accounts

A 77ad account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 77ad will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Dormant account balances are maintained and are available for withdrawal upon reactivation — 77ad does not confiscate dormant account balances.

14 Changes to These Terms

77ad may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77ad will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use 77ad after the effective date of any change to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
